I used nursing pads to save my clothes from spoiling with the extra milk flow.

since i was having flat nipples...i used nipple shield for few days after which my nipple came out little bit and baby started taking feed directly frpm breast. That was helpful for me and yes......feeding pillow was one of the most helpful product i have used.
