<span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @ </b></span> don't worry it's normal. Koi problem nai hai . Aap dinner mien kuch light khane ki koshish kare jaise hi khichdi, soups, salads, zabardasti se na khana kuch bhi. Zyaada paani peejiye agar pet heavy lagta hai .

Hello, I am 5 months running h Mera, din bhar thik thak hi rhti hu but saam hote hote saam ko Thora tea biscuits ya kuch khane se Mera Tammy bhut hard sa ho jata h, jisse kai baar raat ko khana khanne ka dil v nhi krta. Jabki ghr kaam Mai khud hi Karte firte rhti hu. Daily sidi v charte utarte rhti hu koi problem to nhi hoga.?

Breathing exercises mild exercises hoti hai toh body ko stress nahi karti pregnancy mien . Generally yeh exercises ke liye doctor ko consult karne ki zarurat nahi joti unless aapko asthma ya breathing problem hai
