🥦 Broccoli Pesto Pasta 🥦 . As requested here’s the recipe for broccoli pesto pasta. Super quick and easy. . Ingredients for pesto- Broccoli - 2 cups Pasta - 2 cups ( I used penne) Parmesan cheese - 1/4 cup Garlic cloves - 3 or 4 Fresh or dry basil (I used dried) Black pepper - 1/2 tsp Salt - 1/2tsp Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp Oil - 1 tbsp ( olive oil or vegetable) Water 2-3 tbsp . 🥦In a pan add 4-5 cups of water and bring to boil, add broccoli florets to the water and cook for about 3-4 minutes and transfer the florets to cold water. . 🥦To the same water add pasta and cook until it breaks easily and drain all the water. Leave it aside. . 🥦To a mixer, add cooled down broccoli florets, all the ingredients above and make a fine paste. . 🥦In a thick bottomed pan add butter, and some Brussel sprouts and cherry tomatoes (normal tomatoes works too). . 🥦Make sure you fry Brussel sprout well. It actually tastes like radish. If you don’t cook it well it tends to leave out a spicy taste like radish when consumed raw. . 🥦Once Brussel sprouts is cooked well add cooked pasta to it. . 🥦Lastly add the pesto and mix well. You can add extra cheese and a little basil leaves too. . 🥦I found this recipe on YouTube channel called veggie recipe and I just added some extra ingredients and it tasted aaaahhhmaazing 👌 . 🥦Do give it a try and let me know if you liked it. . 🥦Feel free to play around with veggies. If you don’t get brussel sprouts you can skip that. . #indianrecipe#kidsrecipes#kidsfoodideas#parentingtips#quickbites#healthykidsfood#nutritiousfoodforkids#eathealthy#healthytastyfood#WHATLITTLEDEATS#plattergoals#yummyrecipes#easytocook#cookingram#cookingathome#kidsplates#whatsforbreakfast
