Sharing few safe swaddling tips from my own experience-

- Stop swaddling when your baby starts to roll over.

- If your baby resists, cries when swaddled don't force your baby to be swaddled.

- Don't wrap too tightly; has to be snuggly.

- One can stop swaddling when baby turns 3 or 4 months old

- Make sure there is enough space so that the baby can move hip.
