Cabbage Moong Dal Khichdi

Ingredients :
1.Cabbage - 1/4 cup boiled and mashed
2. Moong Dal Green - 2 tbsp washed and drained
3. Rice - 2 tbsp washed and drained
4. Hing - A pinch
5. Turmeric - A pinch
6. Water - As required

Preparation :
1. In a pressure cooker, place the rice, cabbage and dal with water.
2. Cook for 3 - 4 whistles until soft and let it cool
3. Mix well to avoid lumps and maintain consistency.
4. Serve lukewarm and feed with a baby spoon.

Note: Breastfeeding is advised until 12 months and beyond as it is a rich source of nutrients for the baby
