Can anyone suggest some diet or fruits to keep BP in control. From last week tgere is a significant rise in my pressure levels. Im now on my 32 weeks

Eat things in moderation and cut down on salt . Also do meditation . Will help .

Low sodium intake , small walks ..a few pods of garlic help ..drink lots of water too .tc

I am also having same issue. Reduce your salt intake and sodium intake like breads,; processed cheese.; <br> Have lots of fluids, coconut water.; It; will help you.

Completly come out of salt, include broad beans avarakkai in your diet often. Go for walk on a grass without shoes or slippers.

Hi<br> Whole grains, fruits, vegetables, red beets, oatmeals, garlic, turmeric, herbs, pomegranate etc <u>will</u> help control BP. Reduce ur salt intake, have lot of fluids. Keep a chk on the baby movements
