The exact time is 1.30am to 4.32am, since it's in the night you don't hv to worry about , may be it might hinder digestion technically, so eat before 8.30 pm...It might help you ,yet you can still have fluids post that time no worries @5faad652f7703d00457d910d

Its at midnight around 12 and will be over at 4 am.. Should not effect much , as it's sleep time here in india.
