Fruit is a healthy food, but it is high in natural sugars. You may eat one to three portions of fruit per day, but only eat one at a time. You can keep a check on the sugar levels form time to time to understand its effectiveness of working with the body. Also consult the doctor if the sugars increase and if you require any medication for the same.
