<b>Mangoes</b>;are also high in vitamin A. ... Although rare, it's possible to get too much vitamin A.;<b>Mangoes</b>;are a great addition to your;<b>pregnancy</b>;diet, but eat them in moderation along with a variety of other fruits.

If you have gestational diabetes you should avoid mangoes. You have to maintain Suger levels. Eating mangoes regularly is not advisable in pregnancy becauseof; high sugar content and they can also upset your stomach
