Hi yes you can and you can add 1 or 2 tsp of milk if you want. You should not give cow milk till 1 in direct form . Also never prepare any food with formula, it should be given only as per the instructions plus food should never be masked.

You can give avocada... but no cow milk till 1 yr... u can prepare with formula milk.. also no sugar and salt till baby turns 1..
