Can I give my baby smash toast and milk in the morning and evening...my baby 7th month completed...
please no animal milk till 1 year.. also avoid bread and toast, it causes constipation... give healthy things to eat..

Also toast will be too heavy to digest.. Dont give such products

Cows milk and other forms of animal milk should not be given to baby before completing one year of age.
