Can i introduce oats to my 6 months old baby? how many times in a week can i give oats?

give oats from 8 month onwards , its generally recommended after 8 months

Better to give oats after 9-10 months. If ever you want to give.. start giving once in 3 days. Grind it..make it a powder, prepare podrige and give. Feed first with rice, dal Paani, banana, sweet potato, carrot.
