Don't sit for long time

Please don't travel and take proper bed rest because 3cm from os is not a good condition ,elevate your foot with support of pillow when you are sleeping I am also having low lying placenta 4.9cm away from os and my Dr suggest me proper bed rest I am traveling 25 km but by car and in sleeping position and pillow support

Three wheelers are much better avoided as the ride gets very bumpy espcially if the roads around are not good. How long is the travel and how frequent? Consult your gynac once.
