Can i use moov or voilini tube for back pain..; having lower back pain while sleeping try to lie down
Yup,,, it can be used.. use sprays instead of gel..

don't know about moov and volini, you can use hot water bag on your back, get someone to massage with downward strokes with dhanwantharam thailam before bath. It is available in ayurvedic stores, its beneficial in aches and pains....
