can ne1 help me with routine for 9mths old baby...i feed my baby twice a day with khichdi or soup or any puree....nd bf before bed but she cries alot nowadays...i m nt understanding why...m vry confused whether she cries for hunger or gas or any other reason...she cries in evry half an hour for the whole night...

You can add one fruit as an evening snack plus soup doesn't have nutrition at all.Babies go through growth spurt hence demands more food.Its better to give dal instead soup.You can even mash chapati in the dal and give that to her.Try finger foods like sauteed vegetables.Till one year the main source of nutrition should be breast milk.You don't have to increase her diet

increase the solids to three times. and the last meal before sleeping should happen 1.5-2 hours before sleeping. <br> and crying for feeding in the night is normal for <u>babies</u>

i do the same way asha...n she has bf the whole day in 2-3hrs of gap... except twice when i give her sumthin solid...but at night sumtimes i feel that she needs milk aftr every 1 hr...i want to change that habit of hers...bcoz wen she doesnt sleep at all at night even i go for the easiest way i.e. bf
