Can Shathavari be consumed by someone who is trying to get pregnant?
My sister used this.. it is very Gud for lactation. Many of my relatives used this..

Yes,its good to bring woman hormones back to its place! I ate 2 boxes of shatavari lehya to treat pcos and it did work and helped me conceive!
