powder and creams should be avoided for such a lil one....you should you coconut oil to massage her nicely....you can apply twice to make her skin normal...one hour before bathing and before putting her to bed at night....you'll be amazed to see results without any lotion or cream....

better not to use powder...my gynae recomd cetaphil lotion for baby...im using for my baby,its ging good.......
