Most of the packed juices available in market are not good for health. Either they have too much sugar or it will be concentrated...both with preservatives and at times allowed color, flavour or taste. It's always better to have fruits...like that the fibre in fruits will help you. If you are bored to eat... prepare freshly and drink. Even you can go walk to nearby juice centre...( remember to mention no sugar, no ice)

drink fresh juice.avoid packed juice. there are lots sugar in it.
