hello..
Yes it is from berry family... i first time had its sherbet ( phalsa juice ) in punjab.. one of my friend told me about this fruit... it actually beats heat- good cooling effect... it is famous fruit in pakistan during peak summer season... As im a gynec, my first question to my friend was- is this indicated in pregnancy? does it cause harm to fetus? 😂😂
yeah her answer was YES- it can be used but in moderate quantity... It maintains the heart rate and blood pressure, relieves thirst, protects against heat stroke, vomiting, nausea, and uneasy feelings due to heat, relieves headaches burning sensations, acidity, anorexia, cures anemia..
