It's been 6 months almost of my C-section delivery but i still feel so lethargic that not able to work due to that. All the time i feel that there is no energy left inside me. I always maintain a healthy diet and I breastfeed my child.

You can give post 1 yr is the milk fresh? Coming from dairy no pollutants or water added?
