can we give egg to 11 months baby. her wt is 6.4kg. if yes, then how to introduce egg to them, means directly boiled egg to by preparing some half fry nd all. pls suggest

hi manvi, i started with yolk of boiled egg.. initially give 1/4 only... then increase. as baby didnt have any allergic reaction, later i started giving whole egg as omelette with oats, or as pancake of banana+egg, or scrambled with pepper, or egg rice etc. try different variations...

@616d51179dc2de0015c6e0a8 I have been using full fat cow's milk. Since she has not shown any kind of discomfort towards it, my paediatrician asked me to go ahead with it :) Also I add some homemade cow's ghee to it.
