dear Shreya , fan is completely ok , make sure baby is swaddled well and ac is fine too  jus the temperature of the room sud be of 60 -70 F . remember a rule of thumb if u are in the room and wearing a blanket then baby needs 2 blankets .

just make the room temperature normal for your baby whether from fan or ac.. not too cool or <u>warm</u>...
