Yes it's good to apply oil to baby after bath to keep baby scalp healthy and you can fix those tiny hairs as well. Coconut oil is the best. You can use parachute coconut oil. Make sure to give head bath next day. As its summer and and baby will sweat...it will be stinky or itching. So give head bath daily.
