Rubella and CMV igG high mean that you are immune to them. So good sign. IgM are low which is again a good sign because it means that you are not in active infection. HbA1C is close to the border which means you are pre-diabetic so you need to be extra careful with diet. You may need to do a Glucose Tolerance Test to be more specific. ANA negative is a good sign, platelets also look good.
