Eggless Caramel Custard Pudding

Ingredients


Milk 1 cup

Custard powder 1 tablespoon

Condensed milk 1 cup

Vanilla essence 1 teaspoon

Yogurt 1 cup

Sugar ½ cup

Method

Take a bowl and add milk, custard powder, yogurt, essence, condense milk and mix nicely.Heat non stick pan and add sugar and allow it caramelise and switch off flame.Pour this caramelised mixture at the bottom of silicon mould and on top pour mixed milk mixture. Take a pressure cooker with water and place filled mould, place lid without whistle and steam it for 15 mins.5. Remove from mould using hand and transfer into serving plate. Refrigerate for 1 hr.Serve cold . yummy; taste custard ready.

Mrs Chhoker Pour little water in a baking tray. Place the custard mould in it and place in the oven; convection mode - 190 degree Celsius for 30 minutes. Check in between. Once done take off from the oven and let it cool. Check inbetween After 20 min; insert tooth pick if; comes clean then it is done. Cool it completely.

Forgot to mention <br> Cover with aluminium foil and prick holes here and there for the steam to escape.
