#carehereos - our pediatrician - our strength.

#babyb gave us a super happy and easy pregnancy and so was her birth hassle free. People who know me are aware that I was very vigilant about choosing my gynecologist. And so cut-to-short our pediatrician also had to be the one whom I could really blindly trust and believe in.

I did not have breastmilk for almost 15 days from delivering #babyb and during our initial talks with the gynac on understanding the real problem, our pediatrician pitched in while he was doing away with the checkout examination of my lo. He; said a line which is sure gonna stay with me forever-the line which created the spark in me to work on it, the line which changed me and created positivity in me. He said-"it's all in the mind, the milk comes from here. (gesturing towards the head)" and this line changed the whole course of my actions and I have kept it glued in bold in my head and all my trysts and efforts along with my friends followed his this motivation. hadn't it been him on the discharge day to discuss breastmilk, i think i would have easily not fought the battle I later did for feeding my lo with the precious bm.;

While I can go gaga about how good a human being he is, more than being an excellent doctor I will enumerate in short how easy he makes our lives with his simple yet genuine suggestions:

1.It was he who guided us to try the regular vaccines first and see how our lo's body reacts to it. He was honest enough to tell us why do we want to go for the painless ones, painless doesn't mean no pain. And ever since we have given our lo the regular ones and she did just fine with them. Saved us so much of bucks. Not that we wouldn't spend on our kid but spending cautiously is always our first belief.

2.Don't run in the weight race. People who tell you she is underweight, tell them to come help raise her. If they can't do that then they better not comment.

3.Offer all home- cooked foods. Do not give store- bought foods, it increases the chance of becoming obese by aiding raced weight gain.;

4.Has a small playroom for kids within his clinic.; Makes the wait- time for parents and kids easy and fun if not less time- consuming.;

5.Doesn't believing in overloading the kid with medicines etc..;

6.Is very patient and calm.;

7.Doesn't bother us with unnecessary tests or medicines or hypes that cause a worry. Stays calm and makes us calm too.

8.Is breastfeeding friendly.

And most of all. I'm a person who truly believes in vibes. And this paediatrician truly gave me a feel-good vibe since the beginning and is now a part of our crucial years of healthy raising of our lo.

To our carehero and all the #carehereos who dedicate; their lives to their profession with all the humanity and kindness are the real heroes we look upto and wish to raise ourselves.
