Carrot Cheese Paratha - Lunch Recipe

INGREDIENTS

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 carrot grated
½ cube cheese grated
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
½ tomato grated
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp carrom seeds
Ghee to fry the parantha

METHOD

Knead a soft dough of whole wheat flour.
Add only-ins doubleReplace replaceWithoutSep"" id=""220"" data-gr-id=""220"">oil in a pan and add carrom seeds.
Once spluttered add grated tomato to it.
Let it cook.
Now add grated carrot Salt and black pepper powder.
Cook till d water from the carrot evaporates.
Allow it to cool.
Take a small ball from the dough an roll ot with a rolling pin.
Put a small amount of carrot filling on the rolled chapati.
Put some cheese on it.
Cover from all sides and roll again.
Cook the parantha on a hot multiReplace"" id=""214"" data-gr-id=""214"">tawa with ghee.

NOTES
Add salt according to the level of salt in cheese
