Carrot Cheese Paratha Recipe

INGREDIENTS
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 carrot grated
½ cube cheese grated
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder
½ tomato grated
1 tsp ghee
1 tsp carrom seeds
Ghee to fry the parantha


METHOD
1) Knead a soft dough of whole wheat flour.
2) Add only-ins double Replace replace oil in a pan and add carrom seeds.
3) Once spluttered add grated tomato to it.
4) Let it cook.
5) Now add grated carrot Salt and black pepper powder.
6) Cook till d water from the carrot evaporates.
7) Allow it to cool.
8) Take a small ball from the dough an roll ot with a rolling pin.
9) Put a small amount of carrot filling on the rolled chapati.
10) Put some cheese on it.
11) Cover from all sides and roll again.
12) Cook the parantha on a hot multi Replace tawa with ghee.

NOTES
1) Add salt according to the level of salt in cheese
