Ingredients
Dosa Batter - 1 cup
Carrot - 2 grated
Ginger - 1 inch
Green Chilli - 2
Oil - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Method
Take a thick bottom pan and add grated Carrot, grated Ginger, finely chopped green chilli and oil.
Fry all the ingredients on a low flame for about 2 minutes. Cool and transfer to a blender jar.
Add little water and make a fine puree and keep aside. Take 1 cup of dosa batter in another bowl.
Mix in the pureed carrot mixture to dosa batter. Add in a little salt for kids above 1 year.
Heat tava and spread dosa batter as needed. 6. Flip and cook both the sides.
Spiced Carrot Dosa is ready to be served.
