Light exercise you can start 3 months postpartum . But kuch bhi tez and heavy exercise nahi .. dheere dheere body used to go jayega to 6 months ke baad aap proper exercise karo

Dear atleast 6 months you have to give your body to relax...go for exclusive b..it helps you loose weight ...after 4 months mild walks is fine bit exercises after 6 months.
