Chickpea Sattu Patties
Ingredients
Boiled Chickpeas/Kabuli Chana - 1 cup
Sprouted Sathumaavu Health Mix or Rice Flour - 2 tbsp
Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Salt - as needed (no salt for babies)
Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 3-4 pods
Fresh Coriander - little chopped
Method
--Soak Kabuli Chana or Chickpea for 8 hours and cook it till soft. Keep all other ingredients ready.
--Take 1 cup Boiled Chana in a bowl and mash it by hand or blender.
---Add Sprouted Sathu Mavu or Rice Flour, Chilly Powder, Garam Masala, Salt.
--Grate Ginger and Garlic to the same bowl
--Add Fresh Coriander finally, mix and make a soft dough.
--Make small balls and press them to make patties.
