Childhood is driven by curiosity.. they tend to explore this beautifull world...

But I realized that we as Adults instead of encouraging it we slowly and steadily without realizing kill it🤷‍♀️..and that's not our fault completely , because the world in which we adults live has no space for curiosity and exploration we have a set busy schedule and we are gifting the same world to them.

Few points that kill the curiosity in them

1) Being always in HURRY🏃‍♂️ - we have set a time frame for everything, rush to school, rush to home.. even when on holiday are brain are so trained now that the minute our kids get attracted to something and they pause their we grab them and move.

2) Spoon feeding🥄 - we feed them with so much of knowledge and information before hand that their is little scope of curiosity. Plus because this is a google generation everything is served on platter without us realising we are hungry or not.

3) we think its silly or such a common thing 😔- whenever our kid want to see a grasshoper or earthworm or try to catch a butterfly we find it so silly and shrug it off by saying "what?? its just a grasshoper or butterfly" whenever he see or do something new like jumping on puddle and water splashing "instead of being happy we scold them for making clothes dirty"

4) Due to health and safety risks - im not saying letting them jump from roof top but if we will keep them in our lap or room whole day how will they explore?

But when the brain will ask questions , develope curiosity then only the struggle to explore and joy to find answer will come. All the great personalities are developed by questioning.. Kalpa Chawla while looking at the moon must have wondered what is up their? Rani Lakshmi Bai must have thought why can't a queen save her

her kingdom?.. and so on..

Curiosity is wings to success why are we cutting theirs wings like we have cut ours long back..

Wandering can really take you places! I myself was a very curious child... N my parents kept that alive... As a parent I must embrace it! <br> What is this life if full of care... We have no time to stand and stare..
