Method 👉Combine maida, rava, salt, 1/3 cup of ghee mix it then add water little by little form a stiff dough.
👉Cover with a wet cloth and keep aside for 1hr.
👉Knead once again and make small balls of the dough.
👉Roll them out into medium chapatis. 👉To the remaining ghee, add rice powder and mix well.
👉Spread the paste of ghee and rice flour on the prepared chapatis.
👉Keep 4 to 5 of the chapatis one top of the other and roll them tightly.Cut them into 1 inch pieces.slightly roll them.
👉Heat oil in a deep frying pan.
👉Deep fry the pieces until light golden brown.Remove and drain excess oil.

Cardamom; 3 Method Grind powdered Sugar with cardamom sprinkle this on fried chonge.

Milk1/2ltr
Sugar 1 cup
Khoya 1/4 cup
Badam powder - 1 tbsp
Pistachio,Almonds ,Cashew nuts (chopped) each 6-8 Method Boil milk in a pan. Boil for 5 min.Add sugar and mix well.Allow the sugar to dissolve and the mixture to boil for about 2-3 minutes.Add khoya and mix well.
Allow it to cook for about 2 minutes, until the khoya dissolves.Add badam powder chopped pistachio, almonds and cashew nuts.Mix well and transfer into a bowl.
Place fried chonge in a bowl add this milk let them soak.serve hot or cold.

For sugar syrup
Sugar 1 cup
Water; 1 cup;;
Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
Method Heat water and sugar in a vessel till sugar is melted and then continue to simmer till the mixture thickens to single thread consistency on low flame. Add cardamom powder and mix. Turn off flame. Keep aside.
