Most important tips for a mother who is breastfeeding
1. I was into total depression when my baby was not latching properly. My mom adviced me that try and try to feed as long as baby latches on her own as breastfeeding will reduce that postpartum depression.
2. Try to nurse in a very calm environment as it helps the bonding and reduce the latching problems
3. The more you feed, the more your body makes milk.
4. Always keep your breasts clean and air dry to avoid any infections.

Tips which helped me a lot in my breastfeeding journey - 1- Babies always seem to nurse better when their feet are touching something, like your leg, the arm of the chair, or a pillow tucked next to you. It makes them feel more secure. 2- For proper latch make sure that your baby's stomach is touching yours, so she doesn't have to turn her head to latch. And point your nipple at her nose, not at her mouth, so she'll lift her head up, open her mouth wide, and latch on deeply."
