As told before, constipation is not only because of the food you have. But by avoiding some foods and having some we can control constipation.
First of all increase your babies water intake and include fibre rich foods in his diet.
Fibre rich foods helps in softening the stool and helps in bowel movement.
Good sources of fiber are:
• Whole grains, such as whole wheat bread and pasta, oatmeal, and bran flake cereals
• Legumes, such as lentils, black beans, kidney beans, soybeans, and chickpeas
• Fruits , such as berries, oranges, and pears
• Vegetables , such as, broccoli, green peas
These foods will not only relieve the condition but also prevent it from occurring in future. #bbcreatorsclub#bbcmom
