Continuation..
Finally... as the lil one started her play school started applying for freelancing jobs. Took some time but started getting calls where people wanted me to work for free... only reason that there was a career break.

Got calls from big IT companies but the competition was tough.. expectations were beyond my imagination. I being a hardcore programmer , supposed to be updated on a daily basis. Tried my luck during Women's day drive but nothing clicked. Stared loosing confidence, but my hubby n parents being my biggest support encouraged me. They always said something better was awaiting.

Through my trial journey got in touch with NEHA AGARWAL n she connected me to our very own PRIYA SOOD. And there started my journey with BABYCHAKRA. As a MOMSTAR to MOMCHAMP got exposure meeting n interacting with many moms. This boosted my confidence. Found lifetime friends here. Very encouraging and helped me cope through tough situations.

Within a couple of more months got an offer from a start up company. Again a job that wasnt my cup of tea but accepted for being occupied, gaining confidence, keeping self occupied and foremost being INDEPENDENT.

Felt bad asking hubby for everything. Especially having a Baby Girl, fascination to dresses, bands , shoes were never ending.
Got to work with Babychakra n the other organization. Used to wake early hours and finish household work . When she went to play school worked for 3 good hours. After her lunch and during nap tine worked for 3 hrs again... time passed by... hunting for a good permanent job never ended. I never got paid what i was looking for. Every where that I applied for , I was rejected for my career break. Finally got through a start up again, this time my 1.5 yrs experience helped me alot. Moved from programming to Operations role.

More to follow abt how I manage my schedule..

Oh my God, this is really inspirational, we should never lose hope because when the right time comes every bits and pieces starts falling into place thats what I believe in. And we should keep going n keep working to get that right time ❤ waiting for ur next post 👍
