For a 7 year old child whatever family eats as daily routine food is good..as it's a growing child so besides our regular Indian roti..sabji..daal..chawal diet including all seasonal fruits and veggies, nuts, dates, anjeer, Coconut, walnuts help..besides that curd, milk, paneer, little cheese and ghee can be given..child should have a habit of drinking 7-8 glasses of water during day and if a person is non vegetarian or eggetaian then that things can be included too.. variety in all meals, changing combinations, mix of health and taste <u>works</u>
