question
Dear doc as per my 13week ultrasound my one placenta is posterior low and other is anterior high(as it's twins). I hope posterior low will go up by time..what is the favourable condition for normal delivery? In my case normal delivery may possible? I know it's too early to ask but I'm first time pregnant and it's twins so many questions arising in my mind..

Its a twin gestation, i doubt about the placenta going upwards due to lack of space.. but yeah there are 30% chances of displacement of placental position.. about normal delivery it should be cephalic - both the fetuses.. anyway its too early to talk about mode of labor..

Yes placenta usually goes up by second trimester. And u can ask Ur doctor how much low is Ur placenta. Bcz if it's little then No need to worry. ,,Else U'll be advised bed rest.
Ofcrse normal delivery is possible if everything goes alright. Don't worry. U just njoy this period and be little cautious ad having twins require a little more care.
