You cant be sure.. coz sometimes it may be gas <u>also</u>

You can't say for sure. For the first pregnancy it takes about 20 weeks to feel more distinct movements which you can easily tell apart from what gas bubbles feel. And from there, my friend, there's no stopping 😃🤗. Enjoy the phase while it lasts. All the best!
