Dear momss....during menses i had pain in stomch in evry month 1st two days...i feed my baby..when pain is bcm more i take parctml tablt..hav any prblm??it effct my baby??
Paracetamol is safe in pregnancy and lactation. But u shud also consider consulting a gyn if pain is unbearable. <u>Tc</u>
