Dear Mummies my baby is 4 months old she is affected by cold n cough,my pedia give phexin tablet for cold but there is no effect she is not taking milk,plz tell me some home remedies r any other medicine
Are you sure they gave tablets. If not controlled, try some other doctor. Usually... For small kids doctors refer syrup. No home remedies should be given till baby completes 6 months. You try to feed by changing position. Keep baby head elevated. It's due to phlegm accumulation that they will reject to have milk. You can give steam to ease breathing. And also add eucalyptus oil in water bath and around baby bedding. My doctor gave saline nasal drops ( 1-2 drops ) to ease breathing and relent syrup for cough and cold.

Medicine works slowly so be calm... And you can massage your baby with warm mustard oil with crushed garlic and carom seeds in it. <br>
Also use saline nasal drop before each feed so that the nose is not blocked and baby can feed easily. Feed in sitting position. <br>
Don't worry baby will b fine soon.
