Deshwaasiyon, Happy independence day!

Thodi azaadi humain mili hai,

Par thodi hai baaki...

.

15th August brings back memories of our country's historical freedom struggle.

However people in our nation still don't have the liberty of living in a dignified manner.

.

Our children need to be guided right so they can be the change our country deserves.

A change that will ensure that empathy stays in everyone's heart.

A changed India where a mother isn't worried when her child steps out.

A changed India where we no longer see child labour or abuse.

A changed Nation where the youth takes charge instead of sitting at home and judging the democracy.

A change where there is freedom of speech in real.

Where the citizens are heard.

Where our hard earned money is utilised after checking with us how we would like to spend the taxes we pay.

Where there is food in every house.

Where everyone is environmentally responsible.

Where we focus on being emotionally intelligent.

Where education isn't a burden...

.

Many such thoughts are running in my mind right now.

I feel happy to see parents around me be that change.

The way we are raising our kids today, will reflect on the kind of world our kids create for themselves when they grow older.
Let's guide them right.

Let's teach them the true meaning of Independence.
