Everything in moderation is what.I followed. Avoid unhygienic food, that is all.<br> Dont have the foods elders say not to have, just so as to have peace of mind. Rest well and be stress free

hi Manisha to go to the link that I have shared with you also I would say since or in your last trimester <u>try</u> avoiding lot of salt sugar and Spice all three should be in moderation and also try to walk 30 minutes everyday possible lot of fluid intake good fruits and vegetables also include a lot of jeera along with water in your diet help you breastfeed the baby from the first day.
