Healthy diet.. any food in moderate will be fine.. avoid oily and cold items..!! Drink more water..

There is one successful ki which is drink at least five litres of water in a day so you will have more breastmilk you will feel more let down and also make sure your baby takes your milk every 2 hours it will boost your milk production you can also take shatavari granules with water twice a day to increase your milk production
