Do's
* Avoid sudden movements and heavy lifting. In first trimester, your bump is not yet showing and you are still getting used to the idea of being pregnant, so it is important to specifically remember these things.
* Take proper rest. You feel extra tired and fatigued in the first trimester. Adequate sleep and rest helps with fatigues.
* Stay hydrated as much as possible, as morning sickness can cause dehydration.
* Take prenatal vitamins prescribed by your doctor regularly.
* Avoid caffeine.
Don'ts
* No heavy lifting at all.
; * Don't start eating for two as this is myth that only causes unnecessary weight gain.
