Do baby's body temperature becomes low after the high fever has gone ? When baby is recovered from fever and sweats after fever then does the temperature drop low than normal?

Yes it does happen.. are you still giving medicines or sponging. . ?? After sweating the body temperature decrease (applying the principle of evaporation causes cooling ) .<br>
Will be fine soon. How old is the baby .if within 6 months keeps breastfeeding else give lots of fluids and juices.
