Do I need to give water to my 7 months old girl in winter season? She is get ing constipated since I have started giving her food. I am giving her syrup for motion. Please suggest.

Yes give water... And it's not necessary to give syrup if you include fibres and increase water. <br>
Also you can try some home remedy like soaking raisins overnight and giving it's juice at empty stomach in the morning.
