*Plzz tell me are they safe at this stage?
*Do they have any prolonged disadvantages for baby or me as we are taking up the unnatural way to develop lungs?
*What is the whole procedure as I heard the shots are given in 2 different injections?
*Can I still go to full term if I take injection at 28 weeks?
*Is there any specific time for these injections to start working on the babies?

I had these injections twice during my pregnancy...as I had a chance of pre term baby. However my baby was born in 36th week.
They are basically steroids. They are safe. They will give you 2 injections. The effect is not long lasting..I had to take it again...4days before my c sec.
No disadvantage dear.
I took these injections first at 29 week and then at 36...so u can complete full term( in my case complications were there..so these injections help to mature lungs) as lungs naturally get mature in last month of pregnancy

But I don't have any complications up till now other than my pregnancy is IVF pregnancy.. and I had precautionary cerclage but my cervical length is enough at this time..
