hi... u need to cut raw bananas&nbsp; dry them removin d black seeds... sun dry properly... it should b completely dry in one day or if not it ll get spoiled fast... after sun drying powder it. u&nbsp; cook it exactly like ragi but little longer ... u can store outside but i store in fridge to avoid <u>spoilin</u>

hi dear, if its dried well and you keep proper hygiene(clean storage container and no wet spoons) i found it stays fresh for more than 3-4 months, haven't used more than that. you could prepare small batches....
