Does breast milk gives immense immunity to babies? My nephew is 12 weeks old (6 weeks premature), my in-laws have got cold, cough and fever, and still they are always around my baby, playing with him and holding him. Is he immuned from catching cold, cough or fever from them. Please tell me what I should do.

Breastfeeding provides needed immunity to babies. But it's also advised to take precautions that the baby doesn't get infected.

Hey, that situation will keep on coming, sometimes family member or sometime other has cold. Better to increase immunity of kids, I personally use Babyorgano<br>
baalamrut Swarnaprashan, they have been very effective in raising immunity of my daughter.

Well Breastfeeding is good for immunity but one has to be careful also... Please avoid it.. if one has cold or cough or fever should be careful and avoid direct contact with the baby unless it utter neccisity ...
